Summary: Every family has its dirty little secrets…
Written for a challenge I’m tackling alongside loco.
Oh hello, Transformers. You thought I’d forgotten you, didn’t you?
Oooh, I love me this prompt. I’m such an AU whore, it’s not even real—I developed three bunnies for this fill (this, plus two Knight Rider).
AU Highlights
* Autobots and Decepticons are treated as separate races. Cybertron is under Autobot rule, while the Decepticons are either banished or imprisoned (for crimes from the Great War era), or are lower class citizens, many finding work as merchants or servants.
* The position of Magnus is like a monarch, and passed onto the eldest offspring.
* The Magnus is supreme leader, and is advised by the Council and its Ministers.
* Omega Sentinels (such as Omega Supreme) are lower than most Autobots, but still outrank Decepticons, mostly due to the fact that they were built solely for war purposes and are generally of lesser intelligence. Of the ones who are still online, many serve as transports for the military or civilian populace (often alongside their stasis-locked brothers).
I wanted to explore the bits with the Omega Sentinels, and given how hard I ship Ultra Magnus and Sigma Supreme, it was an easy thing to touch on. I wanted to play around with Sentinel x Blackarachnia in this, too, and I tried, but they weren’t cooperating. >_>
