I feel so weird admitting this, but Good Omens.
Seriously-- you collect clues to locate the Antichrist, battle minor demons and meddling humans and the final bosses would be... I dunno, Beelzebub and the Metatron?

Date: 2011-07-20 03:31 am (UTC)I think that if they got Neil Gaiman and/or Terry Prachett involved with the development of the game, it could shine just as much as the book. That's what they did with The Beatles: Rock Band-- they ended up bringing Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Olivia Harrison (George Harrison's widow) and Yoko Ono into the development process, and (I think, at least) it turned out amazingly.
